SCI has been providing Design/Remodel, Custom Kitchen and Bath, Home Repair,
Custom Home Building, and Light Commercial services for the greater Richmond and
Hampton Roads area since 2008.
John Sours incorporated Sours Contracting in 2008 with a vision to provide
exceptional construction services to Southeastern Virginia. We originally
started as a surveying company but we have evolved into a family owned business
that is a premier, Class A contractor ready to handle all of your contracting
needs from engineering design to custom built homes.
John Sours is the Owner and CEO who manages every aspect of your construction
project. Even though we have continued to grow our values still remain intact:
to provide the highest standard of courteous service and quality workmanship to
our clients that can only be accomplished through the passion, dedication and
work ethic our entire team.
